Teambuilding and more of the badge business.

Today we had a great time doing a little team building with a maze activity and broke into committees for our first class business. This group is GREAT at working together and allowing all opinions to be heard. Expect great things Jasper County!

PDP Day!

What a strong team we have formed!

FIVE Jasper CEO Board members joined students this morning as we learned more about our Professional DynaMetric Program. Everyone exhibits all four personality traits: Dominance, Extroversion, Patience, and Conformity, but to a differing degree. We learned more about each of the traits and then put them to work in a Peanut Butter and Jelly Making Activity that left everyone laughing and with a full stomach! The goal of this day is Self-Awareness and appreciating the differences inside of our CEO family. Did you know that U.S. Labor Statistics show that 80% of all employees are dissatisfied with their jobs? In CEO we are learning you need self-awareness to put yourself in the right place. Those who are unhappy typically don’t have the self-awareness to know better. Again, one more reason CEO students are ahead of the curve!

The week in review.

As if Fridays aren’t already awesome…..Jasper CEO gets to spend it together doing really amazing stuff! Our badge business continues to develop and our new CEO’s are learning the ropes and figuring out the value of good committee work! Today from a facilitators point of view I watched these students and thought, “How perfect is this situation right here, right now, with all of their imperfections!” When you start to view life as perfect because of the imperfections an inner peace, calmness, and clarity prevails. That’s the kind of kids I get to hang out with 5 days a week. Pretty cool, huh? Our Life Lesson for this week was “Take it all in”. If you see a CEO, ask them what that means to them.

We love visitors! Come anytime! Even if it is just for a few minutes, we love to see our investors, community members, school personnel and parents! You are all a part of what makes us GREAT!

Get Involved in CEO

The manner in which the CEO program is funded is critical to its success and sustainability. All funds raised are used exclusively for the Jasper County CEO program. To participate, a 3-year $1000 per year commitment is required. Business Partner Investors commitments of time and energy are also critical to the program's success. Contributions may be tax deductible, as our organization is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.

When we are not touring local businesses, we need a place to host the class. During that time, the 0 CEO students and their Facilitator would meet at your site where they would also have guest speakers and guests from the community attend. Hosting requires a facility with internet access and adequately accommodates up to 5 people.

We are looking for people to share real-life stories about the concepts of running a business, from strategic thinking, product development to marketing, and cash flow management. Also, sharing your personal successes and failures are what recent classes have enjoyed the most.
